Verified ReviewerNot standing by product
I purchased the VTech Pop-a-balls, Push and Pop Bulldozer online through Boscov's Dept Store for my grandsons 1st bd. He couldn't walk at the time so idk when he actually used it.
Well the toy broke in the forward motion and the warranty only covered 3 months and on top of that I was told that Boscov's wasn't an authorized store! So VTech couldn't help me! This toy was $50 and I am extremely disappointed that they couldn't stand by their product and do something for me. C/S was not nice and the troubleshooting instructions that was finally sent, after calling back, was to reset something with the batteries.
The chain isn't working on the wheels and I was instructed not to take it apart.
So then my options are to throw it out! Such a shame!!!
