VTECH - Parent unit of baby monitor not working
I got a vtech baby monitor less then a year ago and the parent station isn’t probably holding onto the charging part of the charger. It has to be held in place in order for it to charge.

VTECH - Missing parts and customer service
This toy came out of the box missing two parts to make the train tracks for together. (The 2 male 45 degree pieces). It was a gift so was past their ridiculous 90 day warranty...IT WAS MISSING PIECES not broke!!! They told me to go online and sorry. Company doesn’t care about its customers. I just want the pieces that should come in the box. Ridiculous!!!
